Mr. NG Kin Hung, James

James is a Fellow Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. James previously worked for KPMG Hong Kong for 5 years. He has over 18 years of extensive experience in accounting, handling corporate and individual insolvency, corporate debts restructuring and corporate and personal financial planning businesses. He also holds the position of Nominee (a trustee position) in insolvency cases and voluntary arrangements handled by the firm, which are cases approved by the High Court.

Mr. LEUNG Man Fai, Simon

Simon has worked in the accounting and finance field for more than 23 years. He has extensive experience in private placements in shares, corporate restructuring, tax planning, IPO, and merger and acquisition. Prior to establishing his CPA practice, Simon has more than 12 year experience as an Executive Director and Financial Controller of a Hong Kong main board listed company, during which he was responsible for the successful listing of that Company. He holds a bachelor's (Hons) degree in accounting and finance and a master's degree from the University of New South Wales in Australia in Professional Accounting. Simon is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants.

Ms. NG Yuen Wai, Celeste

Celeste has over 10 years of accounting and auditing experience. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in Accounting. She joined IBC CPA in 2012 and is now a director of the firm. Celeste is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. CHAN Wing Sum, Roger

Roger has over 30 years of experience in commercial accounting & finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Accounting and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is an associate member of the Australia Society of Certified Practicing Accountants. From 2000-2009, he was the General Manager of Finance & Administration Division in a multinational company with an extensive breadth of experience in business operating such as corporate governance, legal, compliance, risk management, internal control, corporate finance and human resources.

Mr. LIM Pak Wah, Patrick

Patrick is an experienced advisor to private investment groups and a Director of private investment companies since 1993. He is a former chairman of and an SME Committee member of Hong Kong Venture Capital & Private Equity Association and Committee member of Venture Committee of HKVCPEA. Patrick has professional qualifications of CFA, FCPA and FCCA. He also holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Birmingham University and three Master Degrees in Management and System Management from the Hong Kong University, Sydney University and LSE respectively.

Mr. Handerson LUK

Mr. Handerson Luk had substantial experience in management consulting, debt and corporate reconstruction and director’s disputed resolution. He holds a doctor degree of philosophy in business administration. Prior to that, he obtained a master’s degree in applied finance from University of Western Sydney and a bachelor degree of Commerce with major in accounting from Curtin University of Technology. Handerson is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a certified practicing accountant from CPA Australia.

Mr. Michael DAVIS

Michael has over thirty years of IT experience gained in the Oil and Telecommunications industries. During the eighties and early nineties he was responsible for the installation of high accuracy radio and satellite positioning systems in Europe and Asia. After joining Cable & Wireless in 1995 he worked on major e-commerce projects in Eastern Europe and Asia, including the main B2B trading platform for Standard Charted Bank in Hong Kong.
In 2005 he was appointed as Head of IT for Post & Telecommunication of Kosovo, responsible for the reconstruction of the IT infrastructure of the company. During this period he trained local staff to take over senior positions, rebuilt the billing systems and introduced different electronic payment systems. Michael joined IBC on 2009 to run IBC Online Services which supplies IT Services to the IBC Group as well as to a range of third party companies throughout Hong Kong.

Ms. Teresa NG

Teresa is a co-founder of IBC Group and is now a director and the CEO of the Group. Teresa has a wealth of experience in all aspects of business in Hong Kong and China, and has concentrated on business development and marketing of the Group capabilities both locally and internationally. She takes responsibility for the operations of the Group and she oversees the management, corporate governance and statutory requirements of a diverse and dynamic range of IBC Group business interests, and ensures the highest standards and continuous quality of services to the clients. Teresa holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration and a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Mr. Li Ho Cheong

Mr. Li has over 20 years of experience in the field of auditing and accounting. Mr. Li had worked as an auditor for an international Big 4 CPA firm and a chief financial officer and company secretary for two companies listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Mr. Li obtained a bachelor degree in accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1997. Mr. Li is an associates member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and The Hong Kong Institute of Company Secretaries.
